Community Hospice - Saratoga

Full-Time Administrative Liaison, Days

Community Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Liaison to join our Saratoga Hospice office. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule LPN’s and HHA’s for patient visits.

  • Support and Track physician orders to ensure they are signed and returned in a timely manner.

  • Review billing statements.

  • Route calls and messages to field staff and appropriate department/staff members.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

  • Manage incoming faxes, electronic communications, and correspondence.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate database records.

  • Assist with documentation and recordkeeping required for regulatory compliance.

  • Utilize various computer applications and office software programs to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with computer software and office systems.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Associate degree.

Pay range: $20.20-$30.30

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on locatio n
