Full job description

Your mission

Build and scale the programs that help Wandelbots partners and customers succeed with NOVA. You will own the ecosystem program strategy, operating model, and delivery roadmap, connecting capability development and operational readiness with adoption and business growth.

This senior role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape program investment, and establish repeatable processes for system integrators, technology partners, and solution providers.

Key responsibilities Program strategy and structure

  • Define the ecosystem program strategy and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and partner business models. Translate priorities into investment and delivery plans.
  • Design partner tiers, benefits, and progression paths. Establish scalable processes across the partner lifecycle.

Capability development

  • Own role-based learning journeys for partner commercial and technical teams and customers, covering onboarding, product knowledge, solution design, and deployment readiness.
  • Develop competency frameworks, assessments, certifications, and reusable learning content with cross-functional experts. Coordinate training and readiness for product releases.

Ecosystem activation

  • Create programs that help partners progress from onboarding to qualified opportunities, validated solutions, and customer deployments. Coordinate clear handoffs to responsible teams.
  • Build repeatable co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives. Drive partner participation and program improvement through targeted engagement and feedback.

Systems and operational readiness

  • Own business requirements and the roadmap for the partner portal and learning management system, supporting partner self-service, learning, and certification.
  • Coordinate platform rollout and integrations, and establish clear ownership for ongoing content, maintenance, and support.
  • Align partner data and workflows across the CRM, portal, and learning platform to support partner management and commercial reporting.

Governance and cross functional leadership

  • Establish clear program governance, participation terms, and rules of engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery, align priorities and resources, and communicate risks and recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage program budgets and performance reporting. Use partner feedback, adoption data, and commercial insights to prioritize improvements and guide investment decisions.

Your profile

  • Several years in ecosystem programs, partner programs, alliances operations, or related roles in B2B software or technology, including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • A track record of designing and scaling partner programs, translating strategy into practical roadmaps, and delivering adoption or commercial results.
  • Experience with onboarding, role-based learning, competency assessment, or certification for technical and commercial audiences.
  • Practical experience implementing or improving partner portals, learning platforms, CRM workflows, and program reporting.
  • Strong program management, analytical, and commercial judgment, including business cases, budgets, and performance reviews.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority; clear written and verbal communication in English.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with robotics, industrial automation, developer platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems is an advantage.
