What we offer you - Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts - Retirement Savings Plan - Education Assistance - Bonus Plan Eligibility - Parental Leave Shifts Available and Hours: First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm What you will be doing - Independently operates production equipment and support production activities as needed. - Lead internal and external problem-solving and corrective action processes. - Ensure all work instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards are followed. - Engage with operators and coordinate the hourly production workforce as directed by the Supervisor. - Monitor productivity, safety, and quality performance while working to meet customer requirements. - Assist in scheduling product flow to support production needs and customer commitments. - Develop, document, and implement new job processes and work procedures as needed. - Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience: - High school diploma/GED - Minimum of (5) five years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. - Minimum of (3) years leadership experience. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: - Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts. - IATF experience. - Knowledge ofCNC programming, Machining, Fixturing and Tooling. - Experience in bending, welding, machining, stamping, and assembly. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - SAP experience.
