Creative Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Creative Coordinator to join our Area Marketing Team in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support the development and execution of creative assets that showcase one of the Midwest's premier destination resorts. Working closely with the marketing team, you will design and produce visual materials across print and digital channels while gaining exposure to the broader strategy behind hospitality marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with a background in graphic design who is eager to grow their career while contributing to the marketing of a dynamic resort known for its golf, spa, dining, meetings, and seasonal experiences. What You Will Be Doing * Design and produce print and digital marketing assets including signage, menus, advertisements, email graphics, and social media content. * Support the marketing team in executing creative campaigns that promote resort experiences, events, dining, golf, spa, and seasonal offerings. * Assist with concept development and creative execution that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives. * Update and adapt existing creative materials using established templates and brand guidelines. * Resize and format creative assets for use across various digital and print platforms. * Maintain and organize the resort's digital asset library to ensure brand consistency and accessibility. * Collaborate with marketing team members and resort departments to bring promotional ideas to life. * Stay current with design trends and contribute creative ideas that enhance the resort's visual storytelling. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. * Support broader marketing initiatives and perform other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field preferred, or equivalent experience. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work. * Interest in learning and growing within hospitality marketing, including brand storytelling, promotions, and guest experiences. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively. * Creative thinker with strong visual design skills and a professional, team-oriented approach. * Hospitality, tourism, or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
