YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR This is a full-time position working second shift Monday through Friday.

As our Production Supervisor, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll oversee production, order preparation, and maintenance personnel, coordinate staffing and scheduling, monitor performance, and address operational challenges to keep production running smoothly. Working closely with Quality and Maintenance teams, you'll help minimize downtime, ensure compliance with safety and company standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Most importantly, you'll lead by example, develop employees, and help drive the success of the entire operation.

Here's what we need from you:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience leading teams, delegating work, coaching employees, and managing performance
  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements and safe work practices
  • Ability to obtain or maintain First Aid, Lift Truck, Overhead Crane, and Fall Arrest certifications
  • Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with exposure to heat, humidity, machinery, and production materials
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and safely perform physical job duties while wearing required PPE

Preferred qualifications include existing First Aid, Lift Truck, Overhead Crane, and Fall Arrest certifications, knowledge of TDG regulations, experience with continuous improvement initiatives, and experience collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
