Full job description

Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager The Mission 💪 Our mission is to ensure that no one in the world has to suffer from a treatable skin disease because of an access issue ever again.

About Honeydew 👋 Honeydew is building a platform for hundreds of millions of people globally to access expertise and science-backed skin treatments, from prescription to retail. Our tech-forward dermatology experience helps people with chronic skin conditions access licensed specialists, FDA-approved treatment, and ongoing support in record time. Honeydew is the future of skin health — digitally native, scientifically rooted, integrated end-to-end, and powered by AI.

The Opportunity 📈 You'll be a force multiplier for our leadership team and the person who keeps our NYC office working. You'll support seven leaders, learn each one's preferences, and take work off their plates, so their time goes to the decisions that matter. You'll make sure the office is always clean, stocked, and set up, and that our remote colleagues are as well served as the people in the room. Honeydew is growing, and we want someone with opinions, who suggests ideas and makes things better without being asked.

What You'll Build (Your First Six Months) 🛠

  • A leadership team with time back: calendars that are always up to date, each leader's preferences known, and routine work taken off their plates

  • An office that just works: always clean, stocked, and set up, and when something isn't working, you're the one getting it solved

  • A hybrid experience that works for everyone: the right equipment and setup so remote and in-office colleagues have an equally good experience, and a warm welcome for remote colleagues when they visit

  • A smooth NYC office move: working with both buildings and the movers, and being ready on-site

How You'll Make an Impact Be a force multiplier for the leadership team. You'll manage calendars for our leaders, protecting their time with sound judgment about which meetings and people matter most and which can wait. You'll run recurring leadership meetings and the operating calendar, plan offsites, triage inboxes and draft correspondence where delegated, and support interview scheduling and on-site visits for senior candidates. You'll handle confidential information, including compensation, personnel matters, and strategy, with complete discretion. Run our NYC office. You'll own day-to-day operations, partner with IT on AV and equipment, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the main contact for building management and our landlord. You'll bring ideas on what makes sense, such as whether to order supplies from a retailer or contract with a vendor, and you'll track the office budget and flag overages early. Make hybrid work for everyone. You'll think about remote colleagues in every meeting and event, from the equipment and camera setup to welcoming them when they visit NYC. You'll support retreats and team gatherings, working with vendors to make them happen, and partner with People Ops on recognition programs and culture strategy.

What We're Looking For The Non-Negotiables:

  • Very strong executive assistant experience, supporting multiple senior leaders, with sound judgment about protecting calendars and prioritizing what matters most

  • Scheduling expertise — you're very organized and structured, and keep calendars and meeting logistics running smoothly

  • Some IT comfort — you can handle AV, conference room tech, and equipment, and work alongside an IT team

  • Vendor relationships — you've managed vendors, including selection, contracts, invoices, and renewals

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Startup or high-growth experience, comfortable building structure where none exists

  • Board or investor meeting logistics

  • Experience at a remote-first or hybrid company

  • Coordinating Executive Candidate interviews and on-site visits

  • Health and safety, emergency procedure, and office compliance knowledge

  • Familiarity with tools like Slack-based pairing programs, desk and room booking systems, and expense tools

  • Prior partnership with People/HR on recognition or values programs

You'll Thrive Here If…

  • You know what each person prefers, and act on it before they ask

  • You can tell which meeting matters and which can wait

  • You have opinions, and you bring ideas without being asked

  • If something in the office isn't working, you get it fixed

  • You think about the colleague on the screen, not just the people in the room

  • You keep confidences without being asked

Why Honeydew? Real Ownership: You'll own the experience of how our leaders spend their time and how our people work together — this isn't a role where accountability disappears into a committee. Mission-Critical Work: When our leaders are focused and our people feel connected, we serve patients better. Total Rewards: Competitive pay, equity, health benefits, and employee perks and recognition programs.

Location: This is an onsite role in our West Village office
