Work is done primarily on day shift with the possibility of overtime and call out work.\ \ Job Responsibilities:\ Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment - Document inspection and service activity as required - Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks; repair and replace equipment as needed - Electrical, Hydraulic, Steam systems troubleshooting - Order and inventory parts and equipment as directed and other responsibilities as assigned by management - Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted - Support Reliability Engineers with Root Cause Analysis projects and the RCM group in the development of additional PMs, operating procedures, and equipment monitoring - Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero-injury safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures - This position works directly with operations, shipping/receiving personnel, third-party contractors and requires an employee to maintain professional interactions and communication skills with various departments.
