This role is ideal for individuals with experience in industrial, automotive, mining, construction, manufacturing, or parts sales environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, processing sales orders, managing inventory-related activities, and coordinating procurement and logistics functions to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and support. - Prepare estimates, quotations, and sales orders while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. - Assist customers with product selection, availability, and technical inquiries. - Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and expediting materials and parts. - Support inventory management, warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations. - Process and track customer orders from quote through fulfillment. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. - Perform occasional local pickups and deliveries as needed.
