This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continued growth of a successful organization.Responsibilities Lead daily commercial service operations and supervise service technicians. Manage scheduling, workflow, and department performance. Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Prepare estimates and service proposals. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to improve efficiency and profitability. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial/industrial mechanical service experience. Strong knowledge of boilers, burners, HVAC systems, air handlers, chillers, controls, and piping. Leadership experience with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prepare estimates and provide technical solutions. Engineering background or boiler experience is a plus.
