Key Responsibilities Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects for Baker Tilly's healthcare clients with a focus on health systems and hospitals Collaborate with clients and internal teams through discovery sessions and interviews to identify, understand and translate business needs, processes and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements Analyze healthcare data sets to support client initiatives such as claim remittance, EHR, clinical workflow improvement and patient accounting data Analyze and interpret healthcare transactional data (e.g., claim, payment, adjustment, and denial information) to identify issues, anomalies, or process breakdowns Define key processes and capabilities to develop deliverables such as process maps, capability definitions, and reporting inventories Own solution components from requirements through implementation Manage project workstreams, build workplans, and track project financials Manage third-party vendor relationships on behalf of clients and project needs Construct statu
