Daily phone, email and Live Chat communication with customers and sales reps Daily communication with Warehouse Supervisor and Office Manager Steps in as acting Assistant Warehouse Manager when they are out of office. Train all warehouse employees on specific job functions. Responsible for prioritizing and delegating work to warehouse personnel assuring each job is completed in a professional and timely manner. Addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure warehouse organization. Inspect warehouse facilities and equipment and recommends changes in allocation of space. Responsible for providing accurate counts of finished goods inventory and timely data entry for shipping and inventory purposes. Sales Orders, Invoicing, and Shipping of all customer orders Ensure superior customer satisfaction while maintaining a cost-effective operation. Assist with warehouse quality and safety.
