POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a highly hands-on site leader responsible for daily execution across Outlet operations, Salvage execution, and Distribution/Warehouse flow for an assigned location. The AGM serves as the "execution engine" of the building---driving shift-level performance, reinforcing standards, maintaining floor presence, and ensuring consistent safety, staffing coverage, workflow follow-through, and operational readiness. Working closely with the General Manager and supervisors, the AGM translates daily priorities into disciplined execution, removes barriers in real time, and ensures the site maintains a consistent operating rhythm (huddles, shift handoffs, audits, KPI check-ins). The AGM acts as Manager-on-duty in the GM's absence and plays a key role in talent development, training, and sustaining Operational Excellence and a People-First culture. Duties will also include but are not limited to: Lead daily shift execution across Outlet, Salvage execution, and Distribution/Warehouse functions to meet safety, service, throughput, and quality expectations. Reinforce and audit operational standards (housekeeping, staging, storage discipline, traffic flow, and safety zones). Coordinate with Transportation as directed to support trailer readiness, turns, and daily movement needs. Execute audits/checklists and correct quality misses through coaching, retraining, and process reinforcement.
