About the role About us Manufact is Vercel for MCP. We are building the MCP cloud platform to get any product ready for Claude Connectors marketplace, ChatGPT App Store and any AI agent that supports MCP. Manufact Cloud usage is more than doubling every month. We're the team behind mcp-use SDK (next.js for MCP), the open-source framework for building MCP Apps with 10k Github stars and 1'0M+ downloads across python and typescript. Used by 20% of US 500 like NASA, SAP, NVIDIA and more than 5,000 companies. We raised $6.3M seed in 4 days before YC demo day. Our lead investor is PeakXV (best dev-tools VC out there), and we have the best angels, including the founders of Supabase. Our focus: capture a significant share of global AI tool calls that flow through Manufact. About the role We're hiring a founding engineer to own the product. You'll work on manufact.com itself. This is a product role as much as an engineering one. You decide what gets built, not just how. Ship it, watch users use it, fix what's wrong the same week. What you'll own

• Build and ship the Manufact MCP Cloud product end-to-end.
• Own the UX/DX of the platform: the deploy flow, the dashboard, the inspector, the docs surface.
• Set the technical direction of the product together with the founders.
• Talk to users, watch them use what you built, and improve.

What we're looking for High agency, fast, and opinionated about how LLMs interact with the world through MCP.

• You are already in the MCP space (or excited about it).
• Great product taste. You can tell good from bad and say why. You have taste for makers.
• 10x engineer. You ship in a day what takes a team a week, and it holds up in production. You are a great hacker.
• Speed of execution. Startups move quickly.
• Must be smarter than the founders.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
