-
Partnering with Data Scientists to define model logic, validation criteria, and the product rules that determine what the system recommends and why
-
Driving cross-functional delivery across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
-
Defining and tracking success metrics tied to operational efficiency, decision quality, and user adoption
-
Representing product decisions clearly to senior leadership and operational partners
Required Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ownership of a product from discovery through delivery
-

-
2+ years of experience conducting user research and translating complex operational workflows into buildable product requirements
-
2+ years of experience leading cross-functional delivery in complex organizational environments with multiple technical and business stakeholders

-
2+ years demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in healthcare claims processing, utilization management, or a similarly regulated, high-stakes workflow environment
-
Background building products for frontline operations or internal enterprise users
-
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive data environments (PII, PHI, or equivalent)
-
Experience with workflow analysis or operational efficiency tooling
