About this role

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization planning and execution for innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from concept through launch.

  • Develop and manage integrated commercialization plans, coordinating timelines, achievements, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple initiatives.

  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Key Accounts, and Customer Marketing to ensure launch readiness and successful in-market execution.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Key Accounts teams to identify commercialization opportunities, optimize launch timing, and support customer-specific execution strategies.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of commercialization deliverables, including selling materials, launch communications, customer assets, and execution tools.

  • Manage commercialization timelines and key achievements, ensuring forecast submissions, launch deliverables, and cross-functional commitments are completed on schedule.

  • Monitor commercialization performance and launch readiness, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and advancing key decisions when appropriate.

  • Maintain access to the innovation portfolio by providing regular project status updates, tracking achievements, and communicating risks and mitigation plans.

  • Evaluate post-launch performance and assemble key learnings to improve future commercialization efforts and execution.

  • Support the continuous improvement of commercialization processes, tools, governance, and cross-functional ways of working.

Preferred Experience, Skills and Education Requirements

  • Educational & Professional Background : Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of Commercial, Innovation, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, or related experience within CPG or Beverage Alcohol

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to partner optimally across Brand, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, Operations, Key Accounts and other teams to drive successful commercialization execution.

  • Project Leadership & Execution : Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and priorities while driving execution.

  • Commercialization Expertise : Experience supporting end-to-end commercialization, including innovation planning, launch execution, customer readiness, operational coordination, and post-launch performance tracking.

  • Commercial & Analytical Attitude : Ability to demonstrate insights, data, and business performance metrics to find opportunities and support decision-making.

  • Personal Attributes : Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience/skills required:
