About the job
Join a role focused on supporting the stability, performance, and ongoing maintenance of core operating system environments. You’ll assist with system upgrades, server and workstation configuration, resource management, and backup and recovery processes to ensure reliable operations. This position also supports change control activities and licensing compliance while providing technical guidance to distributed teams.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year

What you’ll bring
Provides technical support, monitors system performance, manages user accounts and access, implements security controls, performs system updates and backups, and troubleshoots hardware and software issues.
Works with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations supporting business and game-day needs.

Experience supporting operating system administration and routine maintenance activities.

Experience assisting with software upgrades, system testing, and deployment coordination.

Knowledge of workstation and server configuration, setup, and troubleshooting practices.

Familiarity with disk space management, backup procedures, and recovery processes.

Understanding of licensing compliance, maintenance agreements, and participation in change control workflows.
