As a HUB Production Support Technician , you'll play a critical role in supporting production, inventory, logistics, and yard operations while helping ensure equipment is ready when our customers need it most.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, and wants exposure to multiple areas of operations. From receiving equipment from large-scale demobilizations and managing inventory to operating forklifts and supporting fabrication activities, every day brings new opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

🛠 What You'll Be Doing

  • Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries from company branches and transportation carriers.

  • Receive, inspect, and stock pumps, parts, and related inventory.

  • Package, prepare, and stage equipment and parts for shipment.

  • Pull parts, materials, and pump equipment to support production schedules and workflows.

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Locate, organize, and stage equipment for rental and operational needs.

  • Support yard operations by moving, tracking, and organizing equipment.

  • Assist with fabrication, maintenance, equipment preparation, and paint shop activities.

  • Operate blast booth equipment and work with various coatings and blasting media.

  • Provide logistical support across HUB operations as business demands require.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment.

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment required.

  • Previous inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in a production environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple operational functions.
