Full job description

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, with concentration in finance or accounting.

Minimum 10 years progressively responsible loan workout experience.

Prior leadership experience.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS

Internal contacts will be Lenders, Loan Workout Officers, direct reports and Portfolio Managers.

External contacts primarily include counsel, brokers, and borrowers.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Office environment. Ability to operate a computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.

Salary Range - $106,995.00 - $200,000.00
