Full job description

Perform the duties required to manage the Range and Training Land Program (RTLP) to include the following: Ability to manage day-to-day support for live fire ranges, obtain operational supplies and range targetry repair items, contact vendors to procure supplies necessary to keep ranges functional, must understand military range and training area maintenance, work as part of the installation range and training area management team. In coordination with the SRP manager execute RTLP funds in support of approved activities, maintain equipment accountability, and complete annual inventory verification. Keep installation stakeholders informed of ongoing projects. Must be able to understand and apply Federal and Agency regulatory guidance. Must be familiar with state procurement regulations and agency procurement policy. Must be a state purchase card holder and a SC Enterprise Information System shopping cart user. Will attend professional development training as required. A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
