Skaates Family Chiropractic is a busy, friendly, multi-doctor chiropractic and massage practice. We're looking for an upbeat, dependable Chiropractic Assistant who enjoys variety. No two days are the same: you'll move between the front desk, patient care, and helping run our physical therapy area. What you'll do: - Greet patients, check them in and out, and answer phones - Schedule appointments and help patients stay on track with their care plans - Help manage physical therapy: set up equipment, guide patients through therapy and rehab exercises, and keep the therapy schedule running smoothly - Prepare treatment rooms and keep the clinic organized, clean, and on time - Support the doctors and team with a wide range of day-to-day tasks You will be a great fit if you: - Enjoy people and stay calm when the office gets busy - Like a fast-paced, varied day more than sitting at one desk - Are reliable, on time, and take pride in doing things right - Are comfortable with computers and can stand and move through a shift Nice to have: front desk, customer service, medical office, fitness, or rehab experience; interest in chiropractic, exercise science, or a healthcare career.
