Full job description

Location: Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Primary) | Provide Backup for San Francisco & San Jose HR/Administration

We're seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations, hospitality, facilities, retail, logistics, or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.

  • Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.

  • Oversee employee records, badging, access credentials, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.

  • Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.

What Success Looks Like

  • New hires are fully prepared with access, equipment, and schedules on day one.

  • Accurate employee records and badge management with no access gaps.

  • Audit-ready documentation and compliant processes.

  • Staffing plans in place ahead of operational growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operations, administration, workforce coordination, people operations, or similar experience.

  • Experience supporting multi-site operations.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and process management skills.

  • Experience with HRIS, workforce management, scheduling, or operational systems
