We specialize in placing skilled and unskilled laborers in the manufacturing industry. We are looking to add a new technical recruiter who is self motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven. The ideal candidate will work well in small groups, grasp new concepts quickly, and possess excellent communication skills. Impact: Technical recruiters for Away Staffing are tasked with matching applicants with their next career move. The employees we place represent our staffing agency and maintain our relationships with clients. The recruiters hiring decisions impact our relationships with our clients and future applicants. Prerequisites: At least 3 years of experience working in a sales or recruiting role. Experience dealing with clients on a daily basis Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 Excellent oral and written communication skills Evidence of organizational skills The primary duties for the recruiter position will include, but not be limited to: 1. Screening potential candidates for over 75 clients companies in Chicago and the Chicago land suburbs. 2. Conducting face to face interviews and phone screens with potential manufacturing personnel. 3. Maintaining client rosters and our customized applicant tracking database. 4. Creating resumes for potential temporary candidates and submitting to client companies. 5. Working as a liaison between client companies and temporary candidates in regards to start date, interviews, and specific requirements for job functions. We offer a base salary plus commission. If you are an experienced technical recruiter and follow our training you can earn up to $95K.
