Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to adapt with strong customer service skills. Once hired, candidate is expected to start immediately, once position is accepted. Job Training will be provided. Future training opportunities may be provided to those with proven strong leadership and customer service skills! Open Job Title: Pool Service Assistant Construction Labor Job Duties: Cleaning and organizing product load lists from Service Manager/Lead Technician for work trucks (Daily) Loading and unloading product from work vehicles including job related trash and recyclables Transporting/Moving products out to customer job sites Spring Pool Openings/Fall Pool Closings Inventory control on work trucks and job sites Maintaining a clean/organized work space for Lead Technicians Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly Shoveling, raking, leveling of component pads, component demolition and haul away work (as needed) Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have proper tools and basic toolbox for Service Calls inc. Pool Openings/Closings Ability to greet and communicate friendly with customers Punctuality including being prepared and being ON-TIME Ability to work responsibly while independently working Work well and Communicate with other crew members (Proper etiquette and Professionalism is a must!) Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
