Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Coordinator, Medical Education Programs provides administrative support for the Hospital Medicine division, including coordinating activities and resources for fellows throughout their two-year fellowship program and managing student observer rotations. The role also oversees the preparation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other operational data to support division-wide initiatives and ensure efficient program administration.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year experience supporting a medical education program or equivalent project organizing and administrative experience.

Education/Licensure/Certification Required: High School graduation or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Minimum 2 years of college coursework

Pay Scale Information

$52,728.00-$70,304.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
