Operations Manager

Mogao Hospitality Inc. located in New York, NY is looking for a full time Operations Manager.Job duties: Plan, direct, and coordinate the companys catering and hospitality operations, including event preparation, staffing, vendor coordination, inventory control, delivery logistics, and service execution, specifically: * Direct administrative and operational activities related to providing catering and hospitality services, including workflow management, order processing, scheduling, and quality control. * Establish and implement operational policies, goals, procedures, and service standards in coordination with company management and staff. * Prepare staff work schedules, assign duties, monitor performance, and support the selection, training, and evaluation of operational personnel. * Review financial, sales, activity, staffing, inventory, and event performance reports to measure productivity, goal achievement, cost efficiency, and areas for improvement. * Coordinate budget and cost-control activities, including labor costs, supply expenses, delivery costs, vendor costs, and event profitability. * Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure that food, equipment, packaging materials, transportation services, and other needed goods or services are provided efficiently and within budget. * Manage the movement of goods, supplies, equipment, and event materials into and out of company facilities and event locations to ensure efficient and timely operations. * Resolve operational and client-service issues, including staffing shortages, delivery delays, supply problems, service-quality concerns, and customer complaints. * Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management regarding staffing needs, vendor performance, cost reduction, productivity improvement, operational risks, and business growth opportunities.Job requirements: * Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in any field.
