How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
As a OCC Product Management Co-Op supporting OCC Business Tech products, you will:
Support Agile Ceremonies
Attend key agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos. Ensure agendas are prepared with items from the business team, notes are captured, and critical business follow-ups are tracked.
Backlog Oversight
Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by documenting user stories, updating task statuses, and ensuring alignment with sprint goals. Collaborate with IT and POC teams to keep backlog items clear, actionable, and strategically ordered.
Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and track feedback. Support communication efforts to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

Wewelcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds,including those with limited technical experience. What matters most isyour ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, andcollaborate effectively.

Mustbe a current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degreeprogram at a college and/or university.

Mustbe able to commit to the duration of the internship.

Mustbe able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office.

Have acompetitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.

Havestrong written and oral communication skills, meet deadlines, be thorough,detail-oriented, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel andare excited to contribute ideas and perspectives in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Candidatesshould have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstratesthat privacy is a priority when handling personal data.

Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, andpersonal data.

Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.
