Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks.

Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.
Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. In this role, you are responsible for rack production management, rack quality management, cross-border transportation planning, NPI (New Product Introduction) rack production management, and multi-level vendor engagement and relationship management. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator (CM) capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
- Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
- Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning (IOR/EOR), and enforcing rigorous tracking compliance (ASN/POD) to meet deployment deadlines.
- Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating Test Requirements Document (TRD) development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployment schedules.
- Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level commercial and supply bottlenecks.
