You'll: Champion a safe and compliant work environment Lead and develop cross-functional teams Drive continuous improvement using our WPMS (Wis-Pak Performance Management System) Shape the future with strategic capital and operating budgets Be a vital part of our Food Safety and Audit Teams Inspire and coach your team to meet production goals and exceed expectations Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
