Full job description
Position Summary Family Health Advocates build positive, goal-oriented relationships with families. They support families in meeting their goals and encourage all family members to become advocates for their children and family. They recognize and strengthen families in their role as the primary, lifelong educator of their children. The Family Health Advocate cultivates an environment where all children, families, staff, and visitors are welcome, respected, and valued. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Related experience or training in a social services field. Social Services Credential within 18 months of hire. Valid driver's license, proof of insurability, and cleared state driving record check.
