Pre-Sales Commercialization

  • Develop sales materials and product enablement through SME sales leads and account teams.

  • Strengthen and help tailor the beyond card product value narrative to prospective and/or existing customers.

  • Identify and execute pipeline, support go-to-market strategies, and drive market penetration in partnership with sales teams.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and self-direction, quickly learning new concepts and navigating complex challenges within a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.

Post-Sale Commercialization

  • Oversee customer pilots and go-to-market implementation for key beyond card products.

  • Lead technical implementation support and business enablement in concert with cross-functional partners.

Stakeholder Alignment

  • In close partnership with cross-functional partners, provide continuous SME feedback and improvement to products and services built.

Qualifications Required

  • Deep understanding of the payments industry serving the small and medium business sector.

  • Experience in business development, sales, and product management of complex, technical solutions.

  • Strong understanding of AI/agentic.

  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and scale product adoption and sales revenue enablement.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication.

  • Can-do attitude paired with intellectual curiosity.
