Senior Recruiter / Corporate Recruiter

Job Description

is seeking an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner to support rapid growth across its corporate organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across sales, marketing, and other business-focused functions. The team is experiencing significant growth, with more than 30 new corporate openings planned, creating an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role can be focused on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or a blend of both depending on the candidate's background and strengths. What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate business functions
• Source, engage, and evaluate passive and active candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
• Drive candidate pipelines for sales, marketing, operations, and other business-focused positions
• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
• Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Support onboarding efforts as needed
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Skills and Requirements

• 4-6+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience preferred
• Recent experience recruiting for sales, marketing, business operations, or other corporate functions
• Strong experience managing high-volume hiring environments
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience using GEM or other CRM/sourcing platforms
• Prior experience supporting rapidly scaling organizations
• Contract recruiting experience
