ERP/CRM Administrator

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to support enterprise labeling and print operations for a healthcare packaging environment in Trevose, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining reliable system performance, resolving production-related issues, and improving print and labeling workflows across multiple global facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with BarTender and enterprise application support, along with the ability to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support ERP/CRM-related labeling processes to ensure accurate and dependable print execution across business operations.

• Troubleshoot incoming support tickets, assess system behavior, and determine underlying causes of application or printing issues.

• Recommend and apply corrective measures, including configuration updates and targeted development changes, to prevent recurring problems.

• Administer and optimize BarTender as the primary labeling platform within the enterprise environment.

• Coordinate print command functionality between enterprise systems and connected printer devices to maintain seamless output.

• Support labeling and printing operations for a large distributed printer network spanning multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate operational needs into system enhancements and sustainable support solutions. Requirements • Hands-on experience administering and supporting BarTender in a production environment.

• Background working with ERP or CRM platforms integrated with label printing processes.

• Ability to analyze incidents, perform root cause investigation, and drive issue resolution through corrective action.

• Experience with configuration management and maintaining application stability across connected systems.

• Understanding of business requirements documentation and the ability to align technical solutions with operational needs.

• Familiarity with client-side scripting, API development, or related technical customization work.

• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or SAP is beneficial. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
