As a Specialist, you will help Anduril’s Test Site team execute its test plans and product demonstrations every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive inventory between multiple on-site locations and into town for additional supplies
-
Maintain accurate inventory records for effective day to day planning

Assist test engineers with various operations tasks supporting engineering activities

Coordinate event preparation for high- profile client visits and demonstrations

Manage deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring quality and stock of equipment

Assist in product installations at the test site as needed

Support the Test Site Lead in maintaining the site, including managing office supplies, cleanliness, food & beverage, and equipment maintenance

Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships

Travel up to 50% to other test sites for support

Take ownership of restocking and site maintenance as necessary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
At least two years of experience in facilities management or operations
-
Strong organization and time management skills
-
Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment
-
Collaborative mindset to assist test engineers in various operational tasks
-
Strong customer service mentality
-
Valid Driver’s license
-
Previous experience in inventory management or operations support is preferred

Able to lift 50lbs
-
GED
-
Ability to immediately obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.

In this role, you will be subject to pre-employment substance screening and randomized substance screening, as required by the Company.

US Hourly Range $37—$49 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
