Job Description:

• Junior Product Development Scientist with hands-on experience supporting skincare product formulation development, laboratory testing, and scientific evaluation.

• Skilled in preparing and batching multiple formulation iterations, conducting stability studies, analyzing test results, and maintaining accurate technical documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities while ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project timelines.

• Effective collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments, supporting product innovation from concept through development.
