Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $3.6B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. Our Talent team connects people with roles across our portfolio, opening the door to opportunities through our Talent Network.
This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. This posting is to connect you directly with one or more companies in our portfolio that are actively hiring a Founding Engineer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience owning core systems or features in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Track record shipping fast in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments (0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience)
- Willingness to wear multiple hats beyond pure engineering — support, ops, even early GTM
- Bias toward action and iteration over process and perfect architecture
