Job Summary The P&A Portfolio Life Cycle Planning Manager is responsible for leading the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the global Life Cycle Planning (LCP) process for the Parts & Accessories (P&A) portfolios. This role serves as a central integrator across Product Planning, Finance, Engineering, Commercial, Pricing, Sales, and other Product Development functions to ensure portfolio initiatives are effectively assessed, prioritized, governed, and translated into executable P&A LCP plans. The role combines portfolio planning leadership, project assessment governance, data integrity, pricing management, and planning tools ownership to provide a consistent, fact-based foundation for portfolio decision-making. Job Responsibilities Global P&A LCP Execution Assist in the execution and governance of the annual global LCP process across all P&A portfolios. Coordinate key LCP milestones, deliverables, assessments, scenario development, balancing, and approval activities. Facilitate cross-functional alignment of portfolio priorities, project timing, resources, financial requirements, and strategic objectives. Ensure LCP decisions are translated into clear project plans, charters, timelines, and organizational commitments. Identify and proactively manage portfolio risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decision gaps. Drive continuous improvement of the LCP process to increase clarity, efficiency, accountability, and decision quality.
