Full job description

About the role:

The Director, Digital Twin and Scalable Content Capabilities leads a global operational area that connects Digital Twins with automated content creation at scale. The role translates established business priorities into an integrated roadmap, operating model, governance framework, resource plan, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Digital Twins provide accurate, reusable product representations. Scalable Content extends that foundation through modular content, templates, product data, automation, and repeatable workflows supporting product renders, Digital Shelf, ShopX, global-to-local adaptation, and other approved use cases.

The Director holds end-to-end accountability for the service portfolio, including global operations, platform and workflow priorities, partner performance, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role leads cross-functional implementation across Marketing, Customer and Commercial, Packaging Graphics, Product Data, Digital Shelf, Digital and Technology, Operating Units, bottling partners, and external providers.

1. Capability and Service Leadership

  • Lead Digital Twin and Scalable Content Services as an integrated global Service line, converting established priorities into operating plans, roadmaps, implementation programs, and measurable outcomes.

  • Own the operating model, governance, service catalogue, decision rights, standards, and ways of working across the capability portfolio.

  • Determine operational priorities and allocate approved resources across projects, platforms, workflows, and partners, balancing business value, market needs, risk, capacity, and cost.

  • Provide evidence-based recommendations on future capabilities, investment needs, emerging technologies, and operational risks.

2. Portfolio, Automation, and Platform Delivery

  • Hold end-to-end accountability for the design, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the Digital Twin and Scalable Content service portfolio.

  • Own the integrated roadmap for GRIP, Digital Twin Services, content-automation workflows, and connected platforms within agreed strategic and investment parameters

  • Connect Digital Twins, product data, approved brand assets, modular content, templates, and automation rules to enable accurate, repeatable, high-volume content creation and adaptation

  • Lead the evolution from managed services toward scalable self-service and hybrid models with appropriate quality, permissions, rights, brand controls, and human review

  • Lead integration with packaging and label systems, PIM, DAM, Digital Shelf, syndication, and approved activation environments; establish readiness and acceptance criteria before global deployment.

3. Global Operations and Partner Performance

  • Define and monitor performance measures covering quality, accuracy, throughput, turnaround time, automation, reuse, adoption, user experience, cost effectiveness, and resilience.

  • Hold internal teams and external partners accountable for service levels, capacity, deliverables, commercial value, and improvement commitments; determine corrective actions when outcomes fall short.

  • Make operational decisions affecting priorities, project sequencing, provider capacity, workflow design, implementation timing, and deployment of approved resources.

  • Lead partner and commercial planning with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and relevant leadership, including scope, contracts, service levels, risk, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage operational risks and continuity during platform releases, market onboarding, workflow changes, provider transitions, and service-model changes.

4. Cross-Functional Adoption and Value

  • Lead cross-functional implementation, resolving ownership gaps, delivery dependencies, and operational priorities across functions, Operating Units, markets, bottling partners, and providers.

  • Lead global adoption through stakeholder engagement, onboarding, communications, capability building, service transition, and structured user feedback.

  • Define and communicate outcomes for quality, speed, automation, reuse, scalability, adoption, user experience, and cost avoidance.

  • Evaluate new use cases, build recommendations, and lead approved implementation while ensuring clear ownership, controls, and success measures.

  • Develop talent and capability through direct, matrixed, project, and extended-partner leadership, fostering accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Education

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

  • Significant experience leading a global or multi-market digital service, content-production capability, operational area, or technology-enabled platform

  • Demonstrated experience translating strategy into operating plans, roadmaps, governance, resource priorities, and measurable outcomes.

  • End-to-end accountability for a service or capability spanning multiple functions, markets, business units, or external partners.

  • Experience with automated content production at scale, modular content, templates, data-driven adaptation, workflow automation, or high-volume digital asset creation.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, allocate approved resources, lead complex cross-functional implementation, and resolve delivery constraints.

  • Strong vendor, commercial, and financial acumen, including service levels, capacity, contracts, external spend, and investment recommendations.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead change and adoption, and develop teams across a complex matrixed organization.

Preferred

  • Experience in consumer products, Digital Shelf, Digital commerce, packaging, creative production, CGI, VFX, 3D visualization, or scalable marketing-content operations.

  • Knowledge of Digital Twins, 3D asset pipelines, PIM, DAM, syndication, content automation, generative AI, and global-to-local activation.
