A well-established and growing company in the medical technology and wellness space is looking for a Warehouse Manager to bring strong leadership, organization, and accountability to its Lindon, Utah operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the day-to-day business and takes pride in making sure the warehouse runs the way it should. You’ll have the opportunity to shape processes, improve how inventory and products move through the facility, support and develop a team, and help create a warehouse operation that can keep pace with continued growth.

The company works with innovative wellness and therapeutic technology, including photobiomodulation products, Class IV therapeutic lasers, red light therapy systems, and related equipment.

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on leader who can balance people, productivity, inventory, safety, and compliance. Someone who sees a problem, takes ownership of it, and follows through on the solution will do well in this position.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end warehouse and materials operations

  • Inventory accuracy, traceability, FIFO, cycle counts, and reconciliation

  • Receiving, storage, quarantine, picking, packing, and shipping

  • FDA QMSR/cGMP, ISO 13485, and OSHA compliance

  • SOPs, training, competency, and audit-ready documentation

  • Full-time and temporary workforce leadership and staffing

  • ERP/WMS data integrity and operational reporting

  • Capacity planning, process improvement, Lean/5S, and scalable workflows

  • Cross-functional partnership with Quality, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Sales, and Customer Service

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience

  • Leadership experience managing warehouse teams

  • Direct experience in an FDA-regulated medical device or similarly regulated environment

  • Hands-on knowledge of cGMP/QMSR and ISO 13485

  • Strong understanding of OSHA compliance and warehouse safety

  • Experience managing permanent and temporary/agency employees

  • Proven experience creating and enforcing SOPs and training programs

  • Strong inventory control, traceability, and documentation skills

  • ERP/WMS experience; Fishbowl is strongly preferred

  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field preferred

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is an opportunity to join a growth-stage company where you can have a meaningful impact on building and scaling the operation. The right leader will help professionalize warehouse processes, develop a strong team, and create systems that support significant growth without compromising quality or compliance.
