Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator passionate about building brands and driving business results with Spanish language content creators and influencers. As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Roblox influencer content creation in Spanish-speaking regions and building new relationships with local influencers.

You Will

• Work with the Head of Influencer marketing in the strategic planning and execution of local marketing campaigns for Roblox & local influencers.

• Reach out, build connections, participate in community events with influencers and manage relationships with top global Roblox influencers including providing proactive and reactive guidance and support at the individual and group levels.

• Track performance of Influencer programs

You Have

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Management or Business Administration

• Experienced with 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with experience working on social media campaigns and influencer activations

• Native Spanish skill in order to build relationships with content creators, along with a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances, slang, and digital trends across key tier-1 LATAM markets.

• An operational mindset - detail and process oriented

• Knowledge of local social media/channels

• Plugged into local culture and social media, must be able to identify and react to local trends

• Experience working with content creators/influencers in a brand/brand campaign capacity

• Fluent English skill to be able to translate materials and communicate with the global team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
