Full job description

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This position will play a central role in planning, performance analysis, and decision support by translating financial and operational data into clear business insights. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and reporting capabilities, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to improve forecasting accuracy, profitability, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities to support business goals and strategic decision-making.

  • Produce monthly financial reviews, including trend analysis, performance commentary, and executive-ready reporting materials.

  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models covering sales, margins, operating costs, cash flow, and other key business drivers.

  • Evaluate operating results to uncover risks, opportunities, and actions that can strengthen profit performance and efficiency.

  • Provide financial support for capital spending reviews and help assess the return and impact of investment proposals.

  • Create deeper reporting around revenue, margin, inventory, pricing, productivity, and customer-level performance to improve management visibility.

  • Work closely with commercial and operational partners to measure the financial outcomes of initiatives and support business cases.

  • Streamline recurring reporting by improving data usage and reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet-based processes.

  • Contribute to analytics and AI-driven forecasting efforts by identifying practical ways to enhance reporting, decision support, and data governance practices. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting within a business environment.

  • Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Proven capability in variance analysis, ad hoc analysis, and identifying operational or financial performance trends.

  • Experience working with large data sets and applying data mining techniques to support reporting and business analysis.

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through concise presentations and reports.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across finance, operations, commercial teams, and technology functions.

  • Proficiency in improving reporting processes, increasing automation, and supporting data-driven decision-making initiatives.
