Mail Room Clerk | Stratham, NH | $28/Hour

Adecco is assisting a premier client in Stratham, NH in hiring a Mail Room Clerk for a full-time, long-term temporary opportunity with no defined end date . This role offers $ 28.00/hour, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence

  • Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other courier services

  • Prepare outgoing packages and operate postage equipment

  • Organize and distribute product samples

  • Maintain mailroom operations, inventory, and equipment

  • Complete monthly inventory, workspace, and copy room audits

  • Support facilities operations, conference room setups, and supply deliveries

  • Update mailroom reports and dashboards

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Previous mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, administrative support, or facilities experience preferred
