You will be responsible for coordinating the receiving process, ensuring the safe unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, and maintaining proper documentation of received goods. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth flow of merchandise from the truck to the shelves. Lead and coordinate the receiving team to ensure timely and accurate unloading, sorting, and processing of incoming freight in accordance with the company guidelines and safety protocols. Inspect incoming merchandise for damages, discrepancies, and proper labeling, taking appropriate actions to address any issues and coordinating with relevant business partners. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system regularly to reflect received goods. Perform a daily analysis of negative inventory, investigating to pinpoint underlying causes and propose effective solutions. Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to coordinate the flow of merchandise and resolve any receiving related issues. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the receiving area to facilitate a safe and efficient work enviro
