Job Description:

As an Industrial Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting projects that improve how we plan, build, and deliver construction solutions.

You will:

*Gain real-world experience in industrialized construction and manufacturing operations.

*Work alongside experienced engineers and operations professionals on meaningful projects.

*Learn how engineering principles are applied to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.

*Develop problem-solving and analytical skills through hands-on project experience.

*Gain exposure to process improvement, data analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.

*Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, construction operations, supply chain, and project management.

*Learn site-specific safety policies and procedures.

*Explore career opportunities within Industrial Engineering and the broader industrial construction industry.

Translate concepts learned in the classroom into practical, real-world applications.

What We Are Looking For

*Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, *Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

*Interested in pursuing a career in Industrial engineering within the construction or manufacturing industries.

*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

*Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

*Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
