  • Help develop repeatable tools, templates, processes, and operating practices that improve execution quality and consistency across PMI.

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify work, improve decision-making, and reduce friction.

Key Outcomes

  • PMI leaders have clearer, faster, and more actionable support on critical business priorities.

  • Complex initiatives are structured and executed with stronger discipline, accountability, and follow-through.

  • Cross-functional stakeholders are aligned around shared priorities, ownership, and next steps.

  • PMI builds stronger repeatable capability for strategy development, execution planning, and leadership communication.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects independently and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready presentations and narratives.
