Corporate Sourcer

Job Description

seeking a Corporate Sourcer to support rapid growth across its corporate organization. This individual will be responsible for building talent pipelines and identifying top candidates for high-priority business functions, with a primary focus on sales, marketing, and other corporate positions. The company is experiencing significant growth and expects to hire for 30+ new corporate roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys uncovering top talent through creative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates across sales, marketing, business operations, and other corporate functions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles
• Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening conversations
• Track candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the ATS and CRM systems
• Develop talent market insights and sourcing strategies
• Assist with recruiting-related activities and occasional onboarding support as needed
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Skills and Requirements

• 4-6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within corporate business functions
• Recent experience sourcing for sales, marketing, revenue-generating, or business-focused positions
• Strong LinkedIn recruiting and talent sourcing experience
• Experience building pipelines of passive candidates
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience using GEM or similar CRM/talent engagement platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting organizations
• Experience in scaling or growth-stage companies
