The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Growth & Owners Communications to join the Hyatt Inclusive Collection Communications team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic communications partner to Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s Growth and Owner Relations function, helping shape the narratives, materials and engagement strategies that support the continued expansion of the world’s leading all-inclusive resort portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of communications, development and owner engagement. You will support executive visibility, industry events, owner-facing communications, pitch materials and thought leadership that help articulate Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s value proposition to current and prospective owners. You will collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Legal and other cross-functional partners to ensure Hyatt Inclusive Collection shows up with a consistent, compelling and differentiated voice across key audiences and touchpoints. The Role
Responsibilities include:

Develop and execute communications strategies that support Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s Growth, Development and Owner Relations priorities.

Lead the development of press releases announcing signings and development milestones and executive messaging for speaking engagements and strategic events.

Own Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s communications strategy for Growth and Development conferences and industry events, including sponsorship negotiations and activation; exhibition booth strategy and collateral development; executive speaking opportunities; media engagement; and on-site communications support at priority events.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of owner-facing presentation materials that support Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s Growth efforts, enabling the team to consistently deliver compelling and differentiated value propositions to existing and prospective owners.

Lead the design, development and execution of owner engagement communications, including newsletters, executive memos, briefing materials and other recurring touchpoints that foster stronger, two-way relationships with Hyatt Inclusive Collection owners.

Support the creation and execution of new owner engagement platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
-
5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, strategic communications or a related field.
-
Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
-
Demonstrated experience developing executive messaging, presentations, collateral and strategic communications materials.
-
Experience working cross-functionally with senior leaders and partners across multiple teams or regions.
Experience Preferred:
-
Experience in hospitality, travel, real estate or a similarly owner- or partnership-driven industry.
-
Experience managing stakeholder communications, particularly with owners, investors, franchisees, commercial partners or strategic partners.
-
Experience supporting executive communications, including speeches, presentations, interviews, media engagements and thought leadership.
-
Experience planning or supporting conferences, trade shows, owner meetings or executive events, including sponsorship activation.

Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
Ideal candidate will be located in EST or CST time zone; can also be located in Mexico City

The salary range for this position is $120,000 -$140,000 . This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
