  • Provide one-on-one and group speech and language therapy services.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, residential staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support successful outcomes.

  • Serve as an advocate for people we support, helping ensure their communication needs and rights are recognized and addressed.

  • Provide guidance, training, and consultation to agency staff on communication strategies and techniques.

  • Partner with day programs, residences, families, and community providers to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.

  • Participate in treatment reviews and contribute to ongoing service planning.

Why Join Mozaic?

At Mozaic, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization committed to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. If you're passionate about helping others find their voice and reach their greatest potential, we'd love to hear from you.
