Assistant Professor Physical Education Physical Education Department SUNY Cortland Starting Salary: $66,000 + depending on experience Required Qualifications: Doctorate degree or ABD with expected completion date within one year of appointment; Bachelors or Masters degree in physical education or related field; and, college or K12 teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications: Certified to teach in K-12 schools, experience working with diverse populations; expertise in physical education pedagogy; and, expertise in an additional area such as: motor development, effective instruction, statistics and assessment, fitness programming, technology in PE, elementary/secondary physical education, adapted physical education or curricular design in physical education.
