What’s a typical day as Bilingual Payroll Analyst? You’ll be:

  • Calculating employee compensation based on time worked, salary, bonuses, and commissions.

  • Computing and processing payroll taxes and related expenses.

  • Handling garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments in accordance with legal and company policies.

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.

  • Assisting with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.

  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in both Spanish and English.

  • Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

  • Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required); associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

  • Possess 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related field.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

  • Can effectively communicate verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English.

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and payroll software.

  • Understand payroll regulations, tax laws, and wage calculations.

  • Can handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Have an understanding of Mexican payroll (nice to have).
