Agile Coach

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Coach with strong Jira knowledge to assess how teams work and recommend improvements to both their practices and their Jira setup. You will observe teams, review their boards and workflows, and coach teams and leaders through change.

• Observe ceremonies and interview teams to assess agile practices
• Review Jira boards, workflows and reporting to identify gaps and improvements
• Recommend practice and Jira configuration changes from an evaluation perspective
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and leaders
• Contribute to the maturity baseline report and reassessment

Targeting $50-$80 an hour

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as an agile coach
• Hands-on working knowledge of Jira boards, workflows and reporting
• ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC/RTE or Certified Scrum Professional certification
